During the 2012 European Heritage Days UNIVEM opened its doors to let visitors appreciate the collection. What they appreciate even more was the rides in WW2 vehicles organised by the association.
No M26 Pacific this year for UNIVEM in Souchez, but it’s still not about bringing light vehicles: GMC DUKW, two Half-Track, a GMC CCKW, a Dodge and some Jeeps came in the north of France!

Some pictures of the 2011 event of “Locomotion en fête”, a bug gathering of a thousand of vintage vehicles of all sorts: trucks, cars, motorcycles, tractors, and of course military vehicles! The theme this year was the Red Ball Express, the famous express road put in place by the Allied forces during WW2 to supply troops.
