TV channel “RMC Découvertes” relies on UNIVEM
A documentary about the geopolitics of petroleum during WWII led the TV channel “RMC Decouvertes” to ask for UNIVEM participation. A WWII historian was interviewed in our garage. Moreover, the logistics of gasoline delivery being largely discussed, UNIVEM offered to organize a convoy with the vehicules that were used in the famous “Red Ball Express”…

Stoumont 2016, Battle of the Bulge

Field kitchen restoration
This Military Field Kitchen is based on a 1916 model : one such original design is on display at the “Musée de la Grande Guerre” (World War I) at Meaux in France (http://www.museedelagrandeguerre.eu/en). 2015 Versailles’ “Forum des associations”
Every year, the city of Versailles holds an event gathering every association of the city that present what they do to the public. UNIVEM was there with Jeeps.
Souchez 2015
“Il était une fois le Pas de Calais libéré” (once upon a time the liberated Pas de Calais) This annual commemoration gathered again 450 vehicles, 300 of them paraded in front of a big crowd. UNIVEM joins in every year. Thisyear, with the M3 & M16 Half-Track! .
