Again, UNIVEM was there for a new edition of this world class oldtimer exhibition! This year, we decided to exhibit the newly restored GMC CCKW 353 H1.

European Heritage Days 2013
During European Heritage Days, UNIVEM opened the doors of its premises to the general public. Again, a great success, especially the rides in WW2 vehicles!
Souchez 2013
This year in Souchez, UNIVEM came with two Half-Track and a Dodge Command Car.
Libération de Paris 2013
With a Half-Track, UNIVEM participated in the commemorations of the 69th Anniversary of the Liberation of Paris.
Locomotion en fête 2013
For this new edition of “La Locomotion en fête”, UNIVEM came with 2 Half-Track and the VBL. This year, we could note the presence of 6 Sherman tanks!
Château du Taillis 2013
For the commemorations of the 8th May 1945 UNIVEM went with the GMC DUKW to the château du Taillis (Taillis Castle) in Duclair.
Victory Day’s commemorations 2013 in Bailly
UNIVEM went to Bailly and its surroundings for several ceremonies of the 1945 Victory Day.

Marcel Leyat’s Helica was temporarily stored in our premises, waiting for the big Rétromobile exhibition. Marcel Leyat was an inventor, pioneer of aviation, aircraft manufacturer and French automaker. He was born march 26, 1885 and died in 1986. European Heritage Days 2012
During the 2012 European Heritage Days UNIVEM opened its doors to let visitors appreciate the collection. What they appreciate even more was the rides in WW2 vehicles organised by the association.
Souchez 2012
No M26 Pacific this year for UNIVEM in Souchez, but it’s still not about bringing light vehicles: GMC DUKW, two Half-Track, a GMC CCKW, a Dodge and some Jeeps came in the north of France!
Liberation of Voisin Le Bretonneux 2012
For the 68th anniversairy of the liberation of Voisin Le Bretonneux, UNIVEM, in collaboration with Balmoral Green association, exhibited several vehicles.
Dieppe 1942-2012
For the commemorations of the 70th anniversairy of allied landing in Dieppe on the 19th August 1942, some members of UNIVEM went there with 2 jeeps.

Locomotion en fête 2011
Some pictures of the 2011 event of “Locomotion en fête”, a bug gathering of a thousand of vintage vehicles of all sorts: trucks, cars, motorcycles, tractors, and of course military vehicles! The theme this year was the Red Ball Express, the famous express road put in place by the Allied forces during WW2 to supply troops.
