For the 65th Anniversary of the German attack in the Ardennes in December 1944, UNIVEM participated in the event organised by the Indian Head Association. The basecamp was in Arlon, next to the Luxemburg frontier.
Univem came with the Ford M8, the two Command Cars and the Jeep. All vehicles came by their all means, by the road!
On Saturday, a convoy was organised in the nearby, with stops in different places for ceremonies. Vehicles were exhibited in the centre of Arlon in the afternoon. Tanks from Bastogne Barracks joined in the exhibition.
On Sunday, we went to Bastogne for a big parade, and after a rich weekend filled with many adventures, we came back home.
